Founders’ story

The last big boat anchor in cybersecurity.

So much of cybersecurity has already been automated. Compliance has not. It remains a manual, time-consuming, and expensive process—and this team knows that firsthand. We have the scar tissue to prove it.

We had a different vision: build an AI-native platform from the ground up instead of bolting a chatbot onto expensive legacy SaaS and doing the old way better. ComplianceAide brings unlimited frameworks, reports, and questionnaires into one intelligent experience, all for one price—a novel idea. Our design goals are equally direct: at least 10× the speed, one-tenth the cost, greater accuracy than human-only work, and security by design—like having a cybersecurity expert sitting across the table, 24/7.

Andrew Lev

Andrew Lev is an accomplished CEO, board member, and cybersecurity, managed-services and software executive. Across more than three decades, he has founded startups, scaled venture- and private-equity-backed companies, and helped lead successful exits—including MetaTV to Comcast, Neohapsis to Cisco, Integralis to NTT and Cybera to PDI. As CEO of ComplianceAide, Andrew focuses on making complex security and regulatory work scalable through AI-enabled managed services.

Randy Blasik

Randy Blasik is a National Guard veteran with deep experience in cybersecurity and compliance services, MSP platforms and agentic AI. An early practitioner of agentic AI, Randy saw its potential to tackle one of the most manual and costly areas of cybersecurity: compliance. His entrepreneurial background includes building and exiting an MSP and creating security and compliance offerings that generated millions in recurring revenue. At ComplianceAide, Randy is the technology visionary applying cutting-edge, AI-native technology to deliver highly accurate compliance readiness.

Joe Cardin brings more than 22 years of cybersecurity, business-development and company-building experience to ComplianceAide. A serial entrepreneur, investor and board advisor, he has helped launch and scale security, AI and enterprise-software businesses through multiple successful exits. His work has enabled GRC and security solutions for some of the world’s largest financial institutions. Joe leads ComplianceAide’s channel-first growth, helping MSPs turn compliance automation into repeatable, high-margin managed services.

Tina Gregory is a finance and operations executive with experience across AI, SaaS, digital assets, manufacturing, and public-company environments. Her background spans strategic planning, process design, turnaround operations, governance, policy and controls, fundraising, due diligence, and forensic accounting. She holds an MBA and, as ComplianceAide’s Chief Financial Officer, focuses on building the financial systems and operating discipline that support responsible growth.
